- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Supervise a team of bookkeepers to ensure timely completion and accuracy of assigned tasks (financial statements, general ledger entries, etc.).
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Communicate with clients regularly to gather necessary information/documents, address their questions, provide guidance, and alleviate their concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve the company’s processes, systems, and culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting and tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
